Refund policy
We do not have a return policy unless there is a valid reason. If there is a valid reason, you may receive a return or a refund. Little dints/dents or scratches do not qualify for refunds as they get caused by shipping sometimes and Blaze E-bikes is not liable for it,
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns cannot be made for no reason example, you don't want it anymore. The product must be defective or wrong item is sent out for return process to initiate. Blaze e-bikes is not responsible for damage caused by customer or while shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
